The Basics

Brand design, web design, and marketing strategy services each start with the same process β€” this streamlines things to ensure efficiency and quality maintenance. Pricing estimates, client portals, and additional bells, whistles, and features are also outlined in detail below for your greatest convenience.

  • Making sure we’re a good fit to work together! Answer the questions as honestly and in as much detail as possible. This is the foundation upon which your brand is built.

  • A virtual face to face meeting to go over timeline, deliverables, projects goals & expectations. At this stage we will sign contracts and send invoices. You’ll also receive a follow up email discussing everything we’ve gone over thus far.

  • Let’s make it official! Be sure to read all terms and conditions of your proposal and contract carefully and agree to/understand everything fully. Knowing what you’re signing and completing this step should instill confidence that your project is in the right hands.

  • At this time we will take some time to acquaint you with your Notion Portal and provide you with all the process docs and info you’ll need while working with PPC.

  • Taking an in depth look at all your current online presence, themes, visual elements, tone, messaging, and current audience. This is where we can determine what’s working and what’s not, and where the current brand’s challenges reside.

  • A deep dive into the minds and hearts of your audience. Figuring out what speaks to their hearts, minds, and creating audience personas and consumer profiles. This helps us all understand YOUR clientele better! At this point, we’ll let you peek behind the curtain and provide a basic outline of what the visuals will look like. Once this is approved, we can move forward on defining and creating a unique and stunning brand for you!

  • Based on all of our research and analyses, we can create the most effective brand voice, tone, and messaging strategy. This allows us to build out a unique personality and flair for your brand. Your mission, vision, values, and entire messaging strategy should reflect and resonate with your target audience and that makes all the difference!

  • We also utilize this data to create a visual identity that resonates most with your clients/customers. Visually appealing brands are great, but aesthetically pleasing AND research backed brands are the best. This is where we add all the personality and style to your brand! Starting with larger layouts and templates and working all the way down to gifs and icons.

  • At this stage, we build the system upon which your brand will rest. Having a well executed brand is imperative, but how can you do that without a great system and clear guidelines?! This is why you’ll get a handy dandy brand guidelines sheet! We will also do a full walkthrough/review of your Notion, Canva, and Google Suite. There will also be accompanying instructional documents for your convenience and future reference.

  • Now that your business got a stunning makeover, it’s time to show it off to the world! A newly designed brand like you deserves to debut in style. Once your brand is complete, you unlock new bells and whistles for your business. This includes invitations, signs, banners, merch, custom decor and more. We can create custom playlists and even mockup event spaces, it all depends on how big you want to dream!

  • At this point, I do a final review of everything I’m handing off – all your files, tools, tips and resources. The project summary document in your offboarding packet will also include a sheet detailing where to find everything for your convenience and future reference as well.

    • Initial client call to understand business model, products or services, target audience, and client needs.

    • Define project scope, including but not limited to e-commerce needs, number of pages, specific integrations, extensions, widgets, and other functionality.

    • Audit current branding, website, and online presence.

    • Extensive research is conducted for competitive analysis as well as customer journey mapping of current site (if applicable).

    • Explore all features needed to differentiate from competitors while still targeting audience.

    • Use consumer profiles and target market to assess best functional/aesthetic features for site.

    • Development of sitemap, customer journey mapping, and wireframes of each page.

    • Create visual hierarchy to guide visitors’ eyes to calls to action.

    • Choose platform to host/house the site (ie. Shopify, Wordpress, Squarespace, etc.)

    • Present to client for review and make any necessary changes.

    • Apply for and secure domains.

    • Build custom site from wireframes and implement brand guidelines and visual elements.

    • Present mockups from Adobe/Figma for review.

    • Implement site architecture, integrate and connect all links. Optimize and highlight all pathways to shops and services.

    • Use research on client industry specific hot topics, frequently asked questions and popular searches to create outline of SEO friendly content for site.

    • Create results oriented copy that is true to brand tone, messaging, and voice of client’s brand.

    • Edit, polish, and format everything for client review/approval.

    • Make any necessary changes and reformat for launch.

    • Develop SEO based copy strategy for all site text, resources, blog posts, etc.

    • Create and curate all static/motion graphics, photos, videos, and other media.

    • Place all media elements with responsive design.

    • Thorough testing on the site’s UX on every major browser.

    • Functionality tests performed on all forms, buttons, and interactive elements.

    • Quality assurance and control of full design across devices with responsive design.

    • Once the website is ready and tested, the client/team will be be walked through and taught how to use the content management system (CMS).

    • All necessary credentials and documentation the client needs to manage their website effectively will be provided at this time.

    • Prepare for launch by adding products and finishing touches.

    • Plan campaigns on concurrent timelines that mesh accordingly (ie. e-mail blasts, Instagram, Tiktok, and Pinterest).

    • Perform last round of quality assurance testing.

    • Plan launch party and assemble all deliverables (invites, menus, banners, merch.)

    • Mockup launch party with the physical location and coordinate with sponsors.

    • Monitor the site closely after launch to fix any immediate issues to arise and offer post launch support according to contract.

    • Monitor site success with organic and ppc visitors, clickthroughs, conversions and purchases.

    • Collect and analyze all visitor behavior and find creative solutions to fill any gaps that may arise.

    • Assess which pages need to be refreshed over time. Upload graphics for new sales, collections, content, etc.

    • Manage new content, imagery, products, pages, links and other media and archive old content.

    • Continue to monitor and analyze site for patterns and trends in consumer/visitor behavior.

    • Upload and send all digital and print assets for the brand, ready to use.

    • Provide digital tutorials and resources for usage and implementation of branding, digital assets, and web hosting platform.

    • Walk through and review all digital files for review.
